    Deepak Chopra

    Deepak Chopra is the founder of OSI Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ: OSIS) and has served as its President and CEO since the company's inception in May 1987.

    Mr. Chopra also serves as the Chief Executive Officer of several of the Company's subsidiaries, spanning industries from healthcare to security. From 1976 to 1979 and from 1980 to 1987, Mr. Chopra held various positions with ILC, a publicly-held manufacturer of lighting products, including serving as Chairman of the Board of Directors, CEO, President, and COO of its United Detector Technology division. Mr. Chopra has also held various positions with Intel Corporation, TRW Semiconductors, and RCA Semiconductors. Mr. Chopra holds a Bachelor of Science degree in electronics from Punjab Engineering College in Chandigarh, Punjab, India and a Master of Science degree in semiconductor electronics from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.

    Dan Forman is a partner in Crowell & Moring's Washington, D.C. office and is co-chair of the firm's Government Contracts Group.

    Dan's practice focuses on government procurement law, including bid protests, False Claims Act and qui tam litigation, investigations of potential civil and criminal matters, ethics and compliance, contract claims and disputes, GSA schedule contracting, and small disadvantaged business contracting. Dan is a Band 1 ranked attorney by Chambers USA, listed as a two-time Law360 MVP (2015, 2020), was named to Legal 500’s "Hall of Fame" for Government Contracts in their 2020 Guide, is an Acritas Star, named as a Thomson Reuters Stand-Out Lawyer, and was previously named to BTI’s list of “Client Service All-Stars.

    Matthew Madalo

    Matthew Madalo is the Vice President of Legal, Contracts and Compliance for Siemens Government Technologies, the U.S. government division of Siemens - a global technology powerhouse. Matthew leads all legal, contracts, compliance, and industrial security and facilities teams at Siemens Government Technologies. He is responsible for managing all government reporting requirements, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations, including intellectual property and data rights, export controls, industrial security and foreign ownership issues.

    With a broad depth of legal experience, Madalo is admitted to the State Bar of California, the District of Columbia Bar – where he presently serves on the steering committee for the Government Contracts Community – and is registered Corporate Counsel in the Commonwealth of Virginia. He received his Juris Doctor from Santa Clara University and his Master of Law from Georgetown University.
